Building your own home is a life changing experience with a budget to match. Ensuring we run to a budget is our highest priority, hence why it is vital to work out the specifications prior to commencing the build, we will work with you and your design team to ensure that the specifications are itemised prior to quoting the job, no hidden costs.
Project Overview
We collate a comprehensive project folder for you that includes all the documentation including plans, permits, engineering, soil testing, specifications, energy report, pricing, and certificate of occupancy (once received) to ensure you have a clear understanding of your project prior to commencement and have access to all the information as it comes available.
Clear Communication
You will not be left not knowing where your project is at with regular updates on the progress of your project, Paul will be personally contactable throughout the project.
